Pues bien, como quiera que ese conjunto de derechos y obligaciones ? laborales, sindicales y de seguridad social ? no siempre es objeto de un cumplimiento pacífico y voluntario, y sus titulares están claramente interesados en la efectividad de los mismos, el ordenamiento jurídico facilita unos cauces para la consecución de tal objetivo. Abstract The procedural labour law is a fundamental part of labour law. The right to work and trade union rights are a series of rights and obligations, which fall into a very important part of the population (employers and employees) within a very specific framework (Relationships that develop on occasion of dependent work and self-employment). The Social Security law bring us closer to a regime of social protection in certain situations of need. As this group of rights and obligations (Labour, Trade Union and Social Security) is not always a peaceful and voluntary compliance, and their holders are clearly interested in its effectiveness, the legal system facilitates a few channels for achieving such goal.
