El objetivo de este trabajo es estudiar la respuesta endocrino-metabólica, el dolor generado en la cirugía laparoscópica y la diferencia con distintas presiones intraabdominales. Para ello, se tomaron muestra de 80 pacientes, de forma aleatoria, divididos en dos grupos homogéneos, en cuanto a patología, edad y sexo para homogeneizar las poblaciones. Finalmente, todas las intervenciones fueron electivas y se realizaron tomando el mismo equipo quirúrgico. Versión en inglés The aim of this work is to study the endocrine and metabolic response, the pain caused by the laparoscopic cholecystectomy and the difference between intra-abdominal pressures. For this, we took samples of 80 random patients, divided in two groups, according to pathology, age and sex to homogenize the populations. Finally, the interventions were electives and they were done with the same surgical equipment.
